Anna Noyons (1984) is a social designer, founder of Ink Social Design in Amsterdam, and co-founder of the Centre for Social Design in Delhi, India.

With an academic background in Industrial Design Engineering (TU Delft) and social design (Design Academy Eindhoven), Anna also studied art history and philosophy in Florence. Between 2013 and 2017, she was part of the founding team and Chief Product Officer at Peerby — an award-winning sharing platform that grew from 0 to over 500,000 users in four years. Peerby raised €2 million in venture capital and an additional €1.7 million through a member-driven crowdfunding campaign. The platform received multiple awards and was featured in The New York Times.

In 2018, Anna founded Ink Social Design, an award-winning design studio fully dedicated to creating positive societal impact through systemic and behavioural change. Clients include several Dutch ministries, the municipalities of Amsterdam and The Hague, ABN Amro, and Randstad.

Since 2011, she has been a guest lecturer at TU Delft, and in 2017 she joined the founding team of The Design Village, a visionary design school based in Noida, India. In 2025, she co-founded the Centre for Social Design in Delhi, together with two alumni of The Design Village, to advance social design practices in the Indian context.
